Henan Jinma Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in 2003. It is a mixed-ownership enterprise formed by Jinma Energy (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Ma'anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Pinggang Industrial Co., Ltd., and Jiyuan Jinma Xingye Investment Co., Ltd. It is also a typical steel and coke joint enterprise. It has two listed companies, namely Jinma Energy (stock code: 06885.HK) and Jin Yuan Hydrogenation (stock code: 02502.HK). It ranks 250th in the "2025 China Energy Enterprise (Group) 500 Strong List".
Since its establishment, the Company has developed along the industrial chain in the Huilian Chemical Industrial Park, focusing on clean utilization of coal, processing of tar and carbon-based new materials, processing of benzene and benzene-based new materials, production and supply of clean energy, comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy, etc. It currently has an annual production capacity of 4.25 million tons of coke, 3.6 million tons of tar processing, 4 million tons of crude benzene processing, 350 million cubic meters of hydrogen, 130 million cubic meters of liquefied natural gas, and 600 million cubic meters of industrial gas. It has 2,600 employees, covers an area of 180,000 square meters, and has over ten subsidiaries including Jinma East China, Jinpu Energy, Jin Yuan Hydrogenation, Bohai Chemical, Jinrui Energy, etc. The development effect is remarkable, with a solid foundation for green, low-carbon, and circular development, clear focus on strengthening industrial chain, supply chain, and supporting chain, and the construction of a new business model integrating coal chemical industry with related industries.
